This explains what information Rich Love University ("RLU", "I", "me") collects through richloveuniversity.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. Questions: richlove@richloveuniversity.com.

What I collect

• Mentorship applications. If you apply for Private Mentorship, I receive what you enter: your name, email, profession, your answers to the application questions, and the investment range you select.
• Payments. Private Health Consultations are paid through PayPal. PayPal handles your payment details; I receive your name, email, phone number (if you provide it) and payment confirmation so I can contact you to schedule.
• Emails you send me. If you write to me, I keep that conversation.
• Basic technical data. This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ads or analytics scripts. Like any website, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Please don't send medical records or diagnoses through the website. If we work together, we'll discuss details privately.

How I use it

• To review applications and reply to you.
• To schedule and deliver sessions you've paid for.
• To answer your questions.

I don't sell your information. I won't add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

Services that process information for me

• Netlify hosts this website and stores application form submissions.
• PayPal processes payments.
• Skool hosts The Neighborhood and The House. Joining happens on Skool under their own terms and privacy policy.
• YouTube plays videos on this site once you press play.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site.

Each has its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep information only as long as I need it. Applications that don't move forward are deleted within 12 months. Client information is kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterward for my records, unless you ask me to delete it sooner and I'm not required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing richlove@richloveuniversity.com. I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law, and I'll honor them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
