These terms apply to richloveuniversity.com and the services offered through it by Rich Love University ("RLU", "I", "me"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Educational, not medical
Everything on this site and in sessions is educational guidance based on my own experience and study. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn't replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Talk to your doctor before making changes to your diet, fasting, herbs, or medication, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.
Private Health Consultation
- Price: $333, paid in advance through PayPal.
- After payment, I'll reach out by phone or email to arrange a date and time.
- Your personalized plan is delivered within 48 hours of the call.
- Rescheduling: you can reschedule your session once, with at least 48 hours notice.
- Refunds: all consultation payments are final and non-refundable.
- Missed sessions: if you miss your session, or ask to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or after already rescheduling once, the session is considered used.
Private Mentorship
Mentorship is by application. Submitting an application doesn't create an agreement or guarantee acceptance. If we move forward, terms, pricing and payment will be agreed separately with you in writing.
Communities
The Neighborhood and The House are hosted on Skool. Membership, billing and cancellation for The House ($19.99 / month) are handled through Skool and its terms. Inside the communities, please keep it respectful and don't promote outside products or services.
Results
Client experiences shared on this site are real, but individual results vary based on many factors, including how consistently guidance is applied. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Your content and mine
The writing, videos, photos and branding on this site belong to Rich Love University. Please don't copy or resell them without permission.
Liability
Everything I share is for educational purposes only and is provided as is. Your health decisions and choices are your own, and you take full responsibility for them and for how you apply anything you learn here. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rich Love University is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages of any kind arising from your use of this site, its content, or its services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you live outside the United States, you may also have rights under your local law that these terms can't take away.
